Each mixer truck has our powerful diesel engines, 280-420 horsepower configurations. The engines use common rail fuel injection and turbocharging to deliver maximum torque at low RPM – exactly where mixer trucks need it most. This means confident climbing on steep grades even fully loaded with 8-12 cubic meters of concrete.

Mixing System Excellence

The drum assembly has dual spiral blade technology with variable pitch angles. This design ensures complete material mixing and prevents segregation during transport. The hydraulic drive system maintains drum rotation 0-14 RPM with precise speed control from the cab. High tensile steel construction with 6mm wear plates extends drum life beyond industry standards.

Operator Focused Design

The spacious cab has air suspension seating, ergonomic controls and good visibility to discharge points. Our integrated weighing system displays real time load data so operators can avoid overloading and maximise payload. The auxiliary water tank system with high pressure cleaning nozzles makes end of shift maintenance easy.

Reliability Engineering

Every component is tested – from frame stress analysis to hydraulic system endurance testing. The reinforced chassis can handle the dynamic loads of rotating concrete without fatigue.
